A visit begins with a 15-point face mapping consultation to learn each client's skin type and skincare needs. From there, the team works on a simple but effective daily skincare routine. The facial menu includes customized facials, a Vitamin C gel treatment, an UltraCalming treatment, a back facial, a salmon DNA (PDRN) treatment, microneedling and nanoneedling (both offered in packages of four), microdermabrasion and dermaplaning. Chemical peels range from a Detox Gel Deep Pore Treatment and a MicroCurrent treatment to PCA peels, an Ultimate PCA Body Peel and a men's chemical peel. Botox is priced at $12 per unit for bunny lines, crow's feet, frown lines and forehead lines, and dermal fillers are priced per unit at $14 or $15 depending on the area.

Other services include radiofrequency weight loss sessions priced by body area, teeth whitening in one- or three-session options, classic eyelash extensions, eyelash lifts or perms, bikini and Brazilian waxing, and intimate bleaching. The clinic also offers educational skincare seminars for college wellness programs, covering teenage and adult acne, sensitive skin such as rosacea and eczema, and premature and aging skin. Through a partnership with Silent Touch Therapy, it offers facial services to male and female cancer patients and a support person at a discount.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice carry a $25 fee, and online bookings that are missed without rescheduling lose the deposit. Services are not refunded, but a credit toward a comparable service is offered, valid for 120 days after the last service. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days.
