Hair appointments start with a consultation that covers lifestyle, face shape, skin tone and the look the client has in mind. Facial visits begin with a conversation about the client's needs, including sensitivities, skin impurities and aging concerns. Facials use the salon's own skin care products and cleanse, exfoliate, remove dead skin cells and hydrate the skin. Pedicures take place in a private area with a massage chair. New guests, and anyone seeing a new stylist, are asked to book a complimentary consultation.

Extensions are offered in tape-in, individual bead and hand-tied methods, and many of the stylists are certified in extensions. Tape-in extensions are applied with medical-grade adhesive without heat. Individual bead extensions are made from 100% Remy human hair and come in I-tip and flat-tip styles. Hand-tied extensions combine thread and beads and lie flat. All methods need a consultation before installation and retouching every six to eight weeks. The salon says it uses high-quality hair and methods meant to be gentle on natural hair. The Lash Room offers eyelash extensions in classic, hybrid, volume and mega volume styles, and the lash specialist recommends a style based on face shape.

Bridal services cover wedding hair and makeup with trial and day-of options, groom services, bridal party packages and add-ons. The bride books a 15-minute complimentary consultation, and bridal parties complete a registration form and sign a contract before booking. A 50% deposit secures the booking, and one deposit covers the whole party, which can split payment through Venmo or Zelle. Trials are recommended within 30 days of the wedding. Parties of four or more can request complimentary mimosas and muffins.

Each hair, facial and extension visit starts with a consultation so the service fits the client's features, lifestyle and goals.
