Co-owner Jason first worked as a stylist in 1998 at Changez Salon and Merle Norman Cosmetics, and took over co-ownership of the salon in 2007. The studio carries Merle Norman makeup and ties to that brand run through it, and it has been recently refreshed. It holds Gold Medallion salon status. Guests may sample Merle Norman products before buying.

The studio is the place for makeup lessons taught by Merle Norman beauty consultants, which the salon names as its signature service, and for shade and formula foundation checks, which are recommended once each season. Skin assessments identify skin concerns and suggest solutions. Individual and group consultations can be arranged for events such as pre-prom and night-out gatherings.

Spa facials are customized after a consultation and skin analysis. Each visit follows the same core sequence: cleansing, exfoliation, massage of the face, neck, upper body, arms and hands, a nourishing mask, and a closing skin analysis.
