Every client receives a full evaluation before treatment, and the stated aim is personalized, results-oriented skincare. The Changes Signature Facial is customized to skin type and built on Yon Ka products with plant and herbal extracts, and it includes extractions and a mask. Facials also draw on PCA peels, Green Envee organic products and the ReZENerate line, among other brands.

The facial menu covers a range of needs. The Purity Facial is designed for acne-prone skin and includes deep cleansing and extractions, while the Sensitive Rosacea Facial is meant to calm sensitive skin or ruddy complexions. A Teen Facial includes a consultation and a discussion of a skin care routine. Men have their own deep cleansing facial with bamboo extract and a charcoal mask. The Changes Signature Deep Cleansing Facial is tailored to skin needs and offered prenatal and postnatal, and the Sculpt and Glow Facial is listed as pregnancy safe. Other options include the Buccal Facial with intra-oral massage, the CBD Facial, a Hydro-Dermabrasion facial using the Zemits Hydrolux device, and the Radiance Lift & Sculpt with advanced microcurrent and a choice of peel, microdermabrasion, LED or oxygen burst.

Massage options run from a 30-minute Peaceful Massage to a Blazed Massage that starts with an essential oil back scrub. Healing and Revival massages are offered at one hour and 1 hour 15 minutes, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage uses light, repetitive strokes. Percussive therapy with a Theragun is available as a short add-on.

Visits are by appointment only. Clients are asked to text their technician when they reach the parking lot and wait to be told when to come in, and to arrive 15 minutes early for paperwork. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, and late cancellations or reschedules are charged the full service value. Clients who are unwell are asked to reschedule at least 24 hours ahead. Gratuities are accepted in cash only.
