Late guests may be asked to rebook based on availability. Children cannot be left unattended, and only guests receiving services may be in the space, with a maximum of two people per room or station.

The salon guarantees its work and will correct a result a guest is not happy with at no extra cost, provided the guest reports it within 7 days of a hair service. Services are not refunded. Hair pieces, extensions and boutique items cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards do not expire, and a $20 referral credit is given for each new guest referred.
