The spa describes its approach as holistic facials combined with quantum beauty principles. Facials bring together skincare with sound healing, crystals, chakra balancing and energy-based ritual, and the work centers on mature, sensitive, rosacea-prone and menopausal skin, as well as hyperpigmentation.

Guests new to the studio start with a skin analysis powered by AI and a consultation, followed by a tailored ritual facial and a strategy session that produces a home care plan. The First Initiation is a two-hour ritual priced at $275 and covers a 60-minute analysis and consultation, a 60-minute Halo Ritual Facial, and the strategy session. The Petite Retreat is a three-hour ritual priced at $1,000 that adds a 30-minute back massage, a 90-minute Veil Between Ritual Facial, and a full-size take-home skincare system. The Petite Retreat is available by pre-arrangement on Fridays and Saturdays and must be booked at least two weeks in advance. Modalities are included in the 60-, 90- and 120-minute rituals, while enhancements, waxing and other services are included in the 90- and 120-minute rituals.

Complimentary 30-minute virtual skincare consultations by FaceTime are available across the US. They cover skin history, habits, hormones and goals, followed by a personalized plan rather than a quiz-based regimen. The spa works as a skin expert rather than a doctor and does not diagnose or treat medical issues.

The VIP Membership carries no dues and depends on participation: members keep their benefits active by booking a regular ritual facial every four to eight weeks. Members receive 10 percent off skincare products and 15 percent off massage and bodywork. According to the business, it has also received several honors: the Consumer Ratings Institute 1% Award, People's Choice Palm Desert 2026, BusinessRate Best of Facial Spas for 2025 and 2026, and Circadia Rookie Spa of the Year 2023.
