The salon's signature offering is the CO2 head spa. Its blog describes the salon as Texas' first Korean scalp spa. A visit starts with scalp analysis under magnified lenses, followed by steaming, galvanic massage, a soak in a carboxy spa tablet and a scalp toner. Carbonated bubbles are used to massage and cleanse the scalp. Shampoos used in the head spa are dedicated to scalp cleansing and are not sold to the public. A photo of the scalp is taken after treatment, and the visit ends with styling using a straightening iron.

Beyond the head spa, the salon offers Korean facials, keratin treatments, Japanese straight and digital perms, and color work including hybrid balayage and highlights. Hair extension options range from hand-braided and hairline or halo pieces to 100% human premium hair in several lengths.

Guests not receiving a hair or head spa service cannot accompany clients, and young children are not permitted to join clients who are not being served. Clients aged 12 to 18 receiving a service may be accompanied by one guardian. Clients must be at least 12 years old to be served. Appointments can be booked by phone or online, and gift cards are available.
