The spa describes its approach as blending international standards with Thai hospitality in a relaxed wellness setting rather than a rigid program. It takes a whole-person view of health that includes mind, body and spirit, and it says its body treatments can support both physical and mental wellbeing.

The space is set up for a calm visit, with ambient lighting, candlelight, relaxing Thai music and traditional Thai furnishings. Guests can also use a Zen Lounge, and the treatment rooms are described as enhanced. Thai iced tea and green tea are offered complimentary. The spa states that its massage tables are custom contoured and that hot towels are used during massage to help ease the muscles.

The menu covers spa massage, specialty massage, skin treatments, waxing and gift packages. Thai Yoga Massage is a dry treatment with no oil, adding stretching for tension relief, flexibility and balance. Chaba Combo Massage blends Thai massage with Swedish work that includes deep tissue technique. Skin treatments run from a basic facial to acne treatment, microdermabrasion and a special back treatment, and the spa states that all of its facial products are organic.

Appointments are booked by phone at 818-557-6261. The last appointment of the day begins at 7:00 pm. Gift certificates can be bought in person or by phone, come in any amount, can be sent by email or text, and are usable on the day of purchase. Discounted prices and promotions cannot be combined with other offers.
