The salon carries more than 1,000 OPI and Essie polish colors and offers gel color from OPI, CND Shellac and Perfect Match. For clients who want something other than acrylics, it offers Apres Gel-X soft gel extensions. The salon describes Apres Gel-X as the world's first 100% soak-off soft gel extension system, using no harsh chemicals and involving no drilling of the natural nail bed. Gel-X sets are always done as a new set rather than a fill. The salon also says it meets and exceeds OSHA standards for products and safety.

Pedicures are done in massage chairs. Spa packages come in Tropical, Essential and Supreme levels, each adding steps such as a sugar scrub, marine mask, towel wrap and foot massage, and the packages can be mixed and matched to suit each client. Instruments and spa equipment are cleaned and disinfected after every client.

Appointments can be booked online, and clients who want a particular technician can select that option under client type. Appointments are held for 10 minutes. Clients are asked to tell their aesthetician or nail specialist about medical conditions, pregnancy, medications and any changes since their last treatment. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. It is open Monday through Saturday 9am to 7pm and Sunday 10am to 5pm, at (818) 260-8788.
