The salon's main focus is hair extensions and color. Extension services include tape-in, hand-tied and weft, and K-tip methods, along with custom blending, extension coloring, and maintenance and move-up appointments. Color services cover balayage, dimensional blonding, full color, highlights, gloss and toners, and root touch-ups. Haircuts are offered only alongside a color or extension service, in the form of shape and blend cuts or trims.

Pricing is set for each client. Tape-in extensions start at $200, hand-tied and weft extensions start at $500, and K-tip extensions start at $800. Extension pricing depends on hair density, desired length, method and goals, and color pricing depends on hair length, density and the result wanted. Extension hair is bought separately from the installation service. Installations can take two to eight or more hours, highlights and balayage three to six hours, root touch-ups about an hour and a half to two hours, and maintenance visits one to three hours. Tape-in and weft extensions usually need a move-up every six to eight weeks, while K-tips can last three to four months between visits.

New extension clients need to complete a consent and waiver form before their first appointment. The salon also runs a referral program: the referring client and the new client each receive 20% off an installation. Referral discounts stack, reaching 80% after four referrals, and five referrals earn a free installation or move-up. The discounts apply only to the installation or move-up service, and the referred friend must be a new client booking her first extension installation.

Each client starts with a personalized consultation that takes hair type, density, lifestyle and goals into account, and a detailed quote is given at that visit.
