The signature Crystal Lox experience combines a custom haircut with a scalp ritual, aromatherapy, Reiki and sound. Both can be adapted to all hair types and textures and used on color-treated hair.
Reiki sessions are offered as 60-minute or 90-minute appointments, personalized to each client, and can be done in person or by distance. Chakra Balancing uses crystal Reiki and singing bowls to support relaxation and balance. The Hair-apy package pairs one Crystal Lox Experience with three weekly one-hour Reiki sessions.
Color services include root color, custom lightening, custom vivid color and corrective color for unwanted tones, uneven color and larger corrections. Lightening and corrective work, texture services, event styling and extensions all begin with a consultation. Color product use is tracked with SalonScale software, which bills color product separately from the service so clients can see what they pay for. The salon says this reduces color waste and is an eco-friendly approach to color.
Each appointment is shaped around the client's preferences and the way they want to feel, rather than a standard routine.
