Booking requires a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the final balance on the day of service. A 20% fee based on the total service cost applies to no-shows and late cancellations and is charged to the card on file. Rescheduling also needs 72 hours' notice, and the deposit can be moved once to the new date.

Style concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the appointment, and adjustments cover specific areas rather than full redos. Normal wear and changes from hair growth or lifestyle after that window are not covered, and clients with shorter or softer hair may see looser braids sooner. All services are final with no refunds. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment, and Afterpay is also offered. The business is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays.
