Every visit starts with a consultation before any work begins, so the braider can learn the look the client has in mind. Clients are encouraged to share their preferred style, color, size and length. Prices listed are starting base prices. Size tiers run from XL, starting at $145, down to XS, starting at $315, and adding length moves the price up from waist to butt, thigh and knees. Pricing for the chosen service is stated before the appointment begins. Extras such as washing, blow drying, stitch braids, boho hair, and size or length changes can add cost, and these are discussed up front. If a change in scope would alter the price, the salon tells the client before going ahead.

During the service, clients are asked to speak up if they have concerns about the direction of the style. If a client is unhappy with the finished result, they should report it within 24 hours of the appointment, and the salon will work to correct it at no additional charge. Completed and agreed services are non-refundable. Clients should disclose any medical conditions, allergies or hair treatments that could affect the service and follow the aftercare instructions they are given.

Each appointment begins with a consultation so the braider understands the desired look, and pricing for the chosen service is confirmed before work starts.
