Every service is tailored to the individual, so no two treatments end up exactly alike. The studio describes its work as a mix of newer technology, traditional methods and more advanced techniques, chosen to suit each client's skin.

The menu covers several kinds of facial. Angel's Professional Choice is a one-hour facial in which Angel analyzes the skin and selects the treatment. The Holistic Korean Facial and the Carboxy Treatment Facial, which delivers oxygen to the skin, run one hour. The 24k Luxury Gold Therapy Facial and the Time to Rewind Facial, which includes a lactic peel and a firming peptide mask, run an hour and a half, as does the V-Line Magic Therapy Facial, which adds LED light therapy and microcurrent.

For acne and rosacea, the PDT Acne Facial is offered in two forms. A first treatment runs an hour and a half and includes extractions if needed plus LED therapy. Returning clients who have finished the first treatment and are following home care book a one-hour version. Home-care products for this service are a cleanser, toner, serum and moisturizer.

Other services include Micro-Channeling, a one-hour treatment that creates tiny channels in the skin, a Korean Spicule Peel (clients are asked to contact the studio before booking), and one-hour chemical peels. Brow services include waxed brows and a brow tinting add-on, and the studio offers waxing for the upper lip, ears, nose, chin and underarms. Retail shopping consultations with an esthetician are free and last 15 minutes.

Booking is by text message to the studio; the website says online booking is disabled. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Products may be returned within 15 days for online store credit if they are no more than 20% used, and customers cover return shipping. Tools, devices, sample sets and gift certificates cannot be returned or refunded. Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $50, $100, $120, $145 or a custom amount.
