Sugaring is the core of the menu. Treatments cover facial and body areas for men and women, including brows, lip and chin work, underarms, half and full arms, legs, back, torso and shoulders, bikini and Brazilian services. Toes are included with any leg service. Arm prices are listed as starting prices, and several services carry a 'starting at' figure.
Clients should trim body hair to roughly half an inch before an appointment, since body sugaring requires that much growth. Sugaring isn't advised for anyone using Retin-A or retinol unless four weeks have passed since they stopped, nor for those using topical vitamin C or Accutane, nor within seven days of a peel. The salon does not treat swollen varicose veins, recent scars, sunburn, warts, bruising, skin tags, lesions, or moles that are raised. Sugaring can take place during a period while a tampon is in use, though the skin may be more tender.
Spray tanning is offered as a single session for $35 or two sessions for $50. The solutions are water-based and free of oil, fragrance, alcohol and aloe. The salon says the ingredients are FDA-approved and the solutions are PETA-approved, and it describes spray tanning as safe to have after sugaring.
Brazilian and Manzillian specials include a buy-one, get-one offer. The second session must be used within four weeks, or a $5 fee applies for each week missed.
