The menu centers on knotless plaits, which are priced by size from jumbo to small, with hair included. Bohemian knotless plaits come in four sizes and use human hair; a fuller look can be added to the small, medium and smedium versions. Tribal braids are offered with knotless plaits, either freestyle or with boho knotless plaits. Soft locs are also offered, but clients supply their own hair. Children's styles cover natural hair styles, braid styles and kiddie knotless for ages 5 to 11.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable and cannot be transferred. The remaining balance is paid after the appointment. Cash, debit, credit and Zelle are accepted, but Cash App is not. Debit and credit card payments carry a 2.6% processing fee. If natural hair is not combed out and ready to style when the client arrives, an extra $30 fee applies.

Clients get a 15-minute grace period. Arriving later than that without contacting the studio cancels the appointment, and rebooking requires a new deposit. Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and clients who miss an appointment without calling may not book again soon. The style cannot be changed the day before or the day of the visit, and extra guests are not allowed. Clients with perm burns or hair sores will not be serviced, and anyone with cold or flu-like symptoms is asked to reschedule.

Knotless plaits in jumbo, large, medium, smedium and small sizes, with hair included. Jumbo is $150 (about 3 hours), large $170 (about 4 hours), medium $200 (about 5 hours), smedium $250 (about 6 hours) and small $325 (about 10 hours).
