The menu is built around braiding and extensions. Feed-in braids are priced by the number of braids, and knotless braids come in jumbo, large and medium sizes. Men's designer braids are also offered. Sew-ins range from partial installs to two- and three-bundle sew-ins with a leave-out, and the studio also does quick weaves, crochet installs and wig application and shampoo styling. Relaxers are available, including a sensitive-scalp formula for new growth and a virgin relaxer applied from scalp to ends. Color options include demi color or rinse, custom color, and lift and deposit for specialty vivid colors. Cuts, trims, silk presses, natural hair styling and treatments such as protein, deep conditioning and scalp cleansing are also on the menu.

Many braid and weave services require the client to bring their own hair, and some, such as partial sew-ins and vivid color, call for a consultation first. Prices are starting points for some services and can rise with hair length, thickness or added work. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice can incur a fee of up to half the service price, and no-call, no-show or cancelled appointments are charged half the service fee and invoiced. Clients with an unpaid fee invoice cannot book, and returns are not accepted. The studio is open Tuesday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, Wednesday and Thursday from 9:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.
