Every new client starts with a complimentary consultation that lasts about 45 minutes. Nogueira and Orander share consultations, then design a plan that draws on each of their specialties. Services are by appointment only, Sunday through Thursday. Cosmetic appointments are paid in full at the time of service, though some bookings may require a deposit that goes toward treatment. Clients who arrive 10 minutes or more late may be asked to reschedule or shorten the visit, and cancellation fees may apply.

The injectable menu covers Botox and Dysport for dynamic wrinkles such as frown lines, forehead lines, crow's feet and smile lines, along with dermal fillers from the Juvederm Collection. Botox sessions take about 15 to 20 minutes with no downtime, and Dysport sessions are typically under 30 minutes. New anti-wrinkle injection patients receive a free two-week follow-up with the same provider. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol for several nights before filler treatment and to skip fish oil and garlic supplements; arnica and bromelain are recommended to help with bruising.

Skin care includes Diamond Glow, a noninvasive resurfacing treatment designed to work with SkinMedica products, along with chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, a biostimulator facial called the Unicorn Facial, CryoLab Aesthetics, a Mermaid Facial, a Buccal Facial and Elemis Facials. Laser work is done on Sciton platforms, including Moxi Laser and several BBL options that address acne, rosacea, melasma, sun spots and unwanted hair. Body treatments include a full-body BBL for pigment, sun damage and age spots. Add-on serums for the lips and under-eye area are priced at $150 each.

The wellness menu includes Flow Presso Lymphatic Therapy, oxygen therapy, vibration plate therapy, bio-mineral red light therapy, IV hydration and vitamin injections. The Catherine Grace Wellness Package is a monthly option at $150 with a one-year commitment, letting clients choose any four of six wellness treatments each month. Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a product malfunction or adverse reaction. The Collection, a boutique area, sells gifts and artisan pieces. Payment is accepted by cash, check, money order, cashier's check, credit and debit cards, and CareCredit.
