The salon describes the combined experience of its artists as more than 90 years and says it specializes in complete image makeovers, from haircutting through hair coloring.

Pricing is set by stylist level, with a Stylist, Senior Stylist or Master Stylist booked at different starting rates, and it also depends on hair length. Appointments are required, a credit card is needed to reserve, and some services need a deposit. Consultations are free, and the Framesi systems, hair extensions and specialty bridal services begin with a consultation. Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the booked services, and no-shows are charged in full, with prepayment possible for future visits. Clients unhappy with color or service should say so within 7 days, and any correction must be scheduled within two weeks of the original visit.

Alessandra Aesthetics is a private skin studio inside the salon, where facials are offered by appointment only and skin services also include body treatments, microneedling, nanoinfusion, dermaplaning and microdermabrasion.

Staff speak Italian, French and Portuguese, according to the salon. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am to 5pm, Thursday and Friday from 10am to 8pm, and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, though these may change. Children are asked not to come along unless they are receiving a service. Tips are accepted in cash only, with an ATM on site, and all product sales are final.
