Blonding ranges from mini and partial highlights to full highlights, balayage and lightener retouches. Pricing for these is set by hair history, length and density, and adding a shadow root to the final look is an extra charge that is discussed through an online consultation form. For large color changes, Cat offers color correction, which usually takes more time and costs more than a single process color.

Invisible Bead Extensions are offered with maintenance move-ups priced from $200 to $600 depending on the number of rows. Clients typically return every 7 to 10 weeks. Each visit removes the extensions completely, replaces all the beads, and sews the hair back in, and heat styling can be added if wanted. Hair should arrive clean and dry.

HaloCouture pieces include the Ponytail, the original Halo, the layered Halo, The Fall and The Bang, a small clip-on topper for added volume or bangs. Halos can be dropped off for washing and styling and are returned within one to three business days. The salon's care kit for these pieces includes Revive Shampoo, Intense Therapy Mask, Replenish Conditioner and Serum.

Bookings must be confirmed through Square when reminders go out or the appointment may be cancelled. Changes need 48 hours' notice, arriving 15 minutes or more late may count as a no-show, and frequent cancellations or no-shows are charged 50% of the missed appointment. Hair concerns need to be raised within 7 days of the appointment to be considered for an adjustment, and a final look that is built over several sessions as agreed in consultation is not counted as a redo. Clients who are unwell are asked to cancel.

Services are planned around each client's hair history and the result they want, with the stylist keeping up with current trends and techniques. Extensions and HaloCouture pieces are cared for with specific tools and products to limit damage over time.
