Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are preferred. Clients get a 10-minute grace period and are asked to reach out if they will be late. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 30% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours. Permanent jewelry requires a $20 deposit per person for new pieces, applied to the final purchase. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
