Haircut services include kids cuts, barber cuts, women's cuts, blowouts or diffusing, and silk press. Color work includes color correction, rebranding for a whole new look, all-over tonal shifts, root retouches, and all-over color from roots to ends. Blonding covers mini, partial and full highlights or balayage, plus bleach and tone on the roots, and toner is included in all blonding.

Bridal is a specialty, with bridal updos, blowout and curls, and airbrush or traditional makeup. Add-on treatments can be combined with a visit, including deep conditioning, Color Kick, K-18 bond repair, basic toner, and a mini highlight added to a root retouch. A consultation is free.

Clients may work during their appointment, with Wi-Fi and a small rolling desk for a laptop available, and the music can be turned down on request. Tools and surfaces are sanitized between each client.

Policies: changes need at least 24 hours' notice, a late cancellation may carry a fee, and a no-show is charged half the scheduled price. Clients who arrive late may have their service shortened to keep the day on schedule. Children are not permitted during appointments, so clients need other childcare.
