The salon's approach to cutting centers on matching each cut to the individual client. Stylists work with precision, aiming for shapes that grow out well between visits and are easy to recreate at home.

Appointments are required and are booked through the salon's online booking page. New clients complete an intake form covering their daily routine, typical style, and personality before their first visit. New guests, and guests who have not been in for more than six months, reserve a New Client Appointment so the stylist can evaluate their hair and set a service plan.

Color services include root retouches, all-over color, grey blending, partial and full highlights, blonding, and VIVID color. Grey blending is customized and may combine highlights, lowlights, and root blending at each visit. Clients who are unsure whether they need a full, partial, lowlight, or in-between color can book a Full Highlight and adjust at the first appointment. The salon is a Certified Clean Air Salon.

The salon does not offer skin fades. Clients who want them are referred to a barber.

Cuts are matched to each client, with precision shaping that grows out well and can be recreated at home. New clients and returning guests after a long break start with an evaluation and service plan.
