Casa de Glam

Casa de Glam is run by Melissa, who founded it as her own signature brand and experience. It works as a one-on-one salon suite, with each guest scheduled individually and all appointments booked by appointment only. The suite sits inside Mane Kharacter salon in downtown Huntington Beach.

Color packages start with The Gloss + Glow at $240, a quick tone refresh that revives shine and enhances color between larger appointments. The Blur Method at $275 is a shadow root and gloss refresh for maintenance between lightening services. The Root Ritual at $295 targets grey coverage with blending, and The Radiant Color at $350 is a single-process all-over color for brunettes, redheads and dimensional tones. Blonding and color packages include a custom gloss, K18 Pro Treatment, a tailored haircut and style, and either a bouncy roller blowout or beach waves.

Extension packages include The Hybrid Method K TIPS at $100 per pack, The Glam Length 16-inch at $1,400, The Villa Length 20-inch at $1,800, The Bombshell Length 22-inch starting at $2,000 and The Heartbreaker Length 24-inch starting at $2,500. A $50 extension consultation is charged, and Extra Length + Density adds $100. Pricing may vary with hair density and the result you want. Each extension package comes with a goodie bag of full-size professional products valued at $230 or more for longevity and at-home care.

Bridal and event services include a $50 bridal makeup consultation, a Bridal Makeup Package at $900, a Bridal Hair + Makeup Package at $1,750, special event makeup at $200 and special event hairstyles starting at $150. Blow dry and style is $80, dry style is $65, extension blow dry and style is $125 and extension dry style starts at $85. The portfolio shows custom color, hair extensions and bridal work.

New client forms and inquiries get a response within 48 hours. Regular days off are Tuesday and Saturday. Rescheduling needs at least 48 hours notice. Deposits go toward the service on the day of the appointment and are nonrefundable, as is the consultation fee. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled total, and no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full service total.

Each guest is scheduled one-on-one, and the work is customized around the individual rather than run as a set menu.
