Many prices depend on the stylist level performing the service. Up-styles are one price from the Stylist through Master levels, and tape-in and hand-tied extensions are quoted after a consultation. Credit card prices are set slightly above cash prices.

Bridal work can take place in the salon or on location. Bridesmaid and bride blow dries and up-styles are available at both settings, with on-location visits carrying a travel fee of $100 per stylist. Bridal consultations are free and can be booked by email or phone.

One plan pairs a monthly facial with a dermaplane add-on each quarter. Another offers one blowout or haircut with a hair treatment, and a color plan covers a root touch-up and toner every six weeks with a quarterly deep conditioning. Higher tiers add several blowouts a month, or two blowouts and a facial. Some plans include discounts on treatments, products or services.

Appointments require 48 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Changes made with less notice are charged half of the scheduled services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full amount. Cards are kept on a secure file, services are not refundable, and text and email confirmations go out two days before the visit.
