The menu covers color from quick root touch-ups to full highlight and lowlight work, along with haircuts, blow-dry styling, and hair extensions. Several color and cut packages include a complimentary brow tint and wax, and many services begin with a consultation so the look and budget are settled first. Bridal consultations are free and can be done virtually or in person.
Booking is online with a card on file, and appointments are open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM. Appointments cancelled or moved with less than 24 hours' notice, and no-shows, are charged 50% of the service total. All services are final sale and refunds are not offered. Concerns about a service must be raised within 14 days, and complimentary adjustments are offered when appropriate; adjustments are booked within 14 days of the original service and cover what was discussed at consultation. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
