The salon has served the Dallas area since 2019 from Suite 4 in Addison, near the Dallas North Tollway. Parking is available anywhere in the lot. Clients climb the outside stairs and then the inside stairs to reach the suite.

Lash services include a Korean Lash Lift, which lifts lashes from root to tip using slower processing and detailed lash placement, and a Classic Lash Lift for natural lashes curled from the root. The Korean lift is listed as suited to hooded eyes, monolids and shorter lashes, while the booking site suggests the Classic lift for medium-length lashes. Lash Tint and Bottom Lash Tint are also offered, along with Lash Lift Correction. The salon does not offer lash extensions.

Brow services include K18 Brow Lamination, Brow Tint, basic and Lux brow waxing, and brow threading in standard and Lux versions. Waxing of the chin, upper lip and sideburns is also available. The Korean and Classic bundles each combine a lash lift, lash tint, brow lamination and brow tint, and one tint can be swapped for a brow wax on request. Two monthly memberships, Brow Essentials and Brow Maintenance, include waxes and tints, with Brow Essentials also including a lamination every four or more weeks.

Lash lifts and tints require a deposit to book, and appointment lengths are listed at 75 minutes for the Korean lift and 55 minutes for the Classic lift. Clients are asked to arrive without eye makeup and to remove contacts before a lash service. Afterward, lashes and brows should stay dry and be kept free of product for 24 hours, and brow lamination or tinting calls for avoiding exfoliants such as retinols for at least a week beforehand.
