Brow services include threading, waxing and shaping, threading with tint, and a brow lamination that combines lamination, tint and threading. Hair styling options range from short-hair waves and medium-length styling to updos and soft waves for long hair, with the final price for long hair depending on length. Makeup looks run from a natural everyday application to soft and glamorous looks with cut crease or two-tone matte eyes, up to a full glam with lashes and shimmer or glitter.

Bridal and Sweet 15 or Sweet 16 trials combine hair and makeup and require a consultation beforehand and a $100 deposit. Sweet 15 and Sweet 16 trials take place in studio, and extensions are not included. Hair and makeup can also be done at the client's home, with a travel fee quoted on request. Bridal trial bookings are taken only under contract.

The studio runs an online makeup class lasting 180 minutes, which includes a guide, practice homework and a certificate of completion. Business hours are Monday to Friday 4:30 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 7 AM to 9:30 PM, and Sunday 1 PM to 7:30 PM. Payments are accepted, and gift cards start at $50 with custom amounts available; gift card sales are final.
