Late cancellations incur a fee for each booked service, and no-call, no-show clients must pay the full cost of their next appointment before rebooking, plus the late cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, and all sales are final. Hours are Tuesday 11 am to 2 pm, Thursday 10 am to 6:30 pm, Friday 9 am to 5 pm and Saturday 9 am to 3 pm; the studio is closed Monday, Wednesday and Sunday.
