The studio is open Tuesdays from 10 AM to 7 PM and Thursdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed the other days. The salon describes its experience as elevated and luxury-focused, with services customized to each client and premium products.

Lash sets include Signature full sets in any style from $200, which take about 150 minutes and include a consultation and aftercare instructions. Refills are offered in several forms: Signature refills from $130 require 40 to 60 percent of extensions still intact and at least three weeks between visits; Approved Foreign refills from $170 need about half of the lashes remaining; and Multi-Color refills from $200 touch up faded or grown-out colors. Multi-Color Blend full sets from $275 use colored extensions in gradient or accent designs. The salon notes that foreign refills over another artist's work carry no guaranteed outcome and that mixing chemicals is not recommended. The salon says its lash services are known for 3 to 4 week retention and that it was the first in Florida to introduce the LED/UV adhesive method, over two years ago.

Brow services include an Eyebrow Wax Clean-Up for $15, which takes about 20 minutes and includes brow gel, coloring and shaping, and Eyebrow Shaping and Tinting for $50, which takes about 45 minutes and works best with sufficient brow hair. A Premium Korean Lash Lift costs $120 and takes about an hour, and it is also offered as a brow lamination. The portfolio shows classic, volume, hybrid, wet, fairy and glitter lash sets, tinted lash lifts, and leg and underarm waxing.

Memberships include a 6 Month VIP plan at $800 with unlimited touch-ups, fills, color and custom styles, plus five free brow cleanings. The 12 Month VIP plan at $1,700 covers unlimited lash refills and full sets for a year, plus ten brow waxing sessions. Both memberships carry no cancellation or booking fees.

A deposit is required when booking: $50 for full sets, refills, lash lifts and foreign refills, $100 for multi-color services, $5 for brow wax clean-up, $20 for brow shaping and tinting, and $10 for lash removal. Any cancellation made under 48 hours ahead, same-day cancellations included, is charged the full price of the booked service. Clients who have cancelled or moved appointments twice or more must pay a deposit or the full amount in advance for future bookings. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Gift cards are sold in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or in custom amounts, and gift card sales are final.

The studio also offers training for lash artists: a one-on-one lash training day for $1,200 that includes a certificate and kit, a $300 hourly-based lash artist workshop, and an 8-hour Korean Lash Lift training class for $1,000 with a certificate and student kit. The class deposit of $300 is non-refundable and goes toward the kit, and one emergency reschedule is allowed.

The salon customizes each service with advanced techniques and premium products, and uses the LED/UV adhesive method for lash bonds.
