The salon's services are grouped into Care, Color, Consult and Cut. Care includes a regular maintenance visit, a longer full-care session with cleansing, scalp treatment, steam and a natural or smooth finish, and a protective style preparation. Color ranges from a root retouch with styling to all-over color, foil highlights, dimensional color with up to three added shades, and freehand balayage. Curly cuts are offered with either a natural style or a smooth silk press.

New clients, and clients who have not been seen in the last six months, need a consultation before booking services. Consultations are available in person for hair health, concerns and goals, and virtually by Zoom or Google Hangouts. Full color services also require a color consultation first, and the consultation fee does not carry over to later services.

The salon says it focuses on the health of each client's hair and builds customized solutions for each person. It describes its haircuts, colors and styles as designed around busy, creative professional lifestyles. Signature color blends are available with all-over and retouch services, and several color services use the Olaplex system.

Parking is free on the 5th floor of Joffco Square across the street, uncovered. Metered parking is available in front of the salon and on nearby streets.

Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made inside that window are charged 50% of the service amount, with a shorter window for members. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service amount to the card on file. Clients have a 15-minute arrival grace period, or 5 minutes for consultations, after which a $20 late fee applies, waived for LUXE members. Appointments are canceled after 20 minutes late, or 10 minutes for consultations, and the full price is charged.

The salon focuses on the health of each client's hair and creates customized care and color plans for each client.
