Care Package Spa

The spa works on skin concerns across all genders and skin types, from teen and adult acne to sensitivity, pigmentation and premature aging. Its treatments are grouped into four Care Packages of increasing length, which can be combined with brow shaping or tinting as add-ons.

Each visit starts with the client's goals rather than a fixed menu. The spa's clinical treatments include LED light therapy for acne and pigmentation, enzyme and AHA/BHA peels, lymph detox mask therapy and lip and eye mask treatments. Depending on the plan, a session may use cold plasma, high frequency, comedone extractions, microdermabrasion, hydrodermabrasion, nanoinfusion, ultrasonic infusion or microcurrent. Clients who want steady, longer-term work can enroll in the Skin Treatment Program, a set of 75-minute sessions held every two weeks, sold as a 6-session bundle or a 12-session bundle. The program is for existing clients only, and appointments are booked directly with the owner rather than through the online system. Each program client receives a professional treatment plan, and clients aged 12 to 17 need guardian consent.

The spa is open Monday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Wednesday from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Saturday from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. It is closed Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. New clients should submit the intake form at least 24 hours before their first visit. Booking uses a deposit, and a 50% prepayment reserves the appointment, with the balance paid at checkout. Clients can arrive up to 15 minutes early and have a 15-minute grace period for lateness. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice to keep the deposit refundable. One additional guest may come along, but children under 12 need prior approval.

A monthly membership gives 15% off one Care Package skin treatment per month, billed by invoice on a set day. Membership can be frozen for up to 90 days or cancelled at any time, with a reactivation fee after cancellation. Savings do not apply to premium upgrades or non-skin services.
