A visit begins with a consultation, which clients can request online; the team then reaches out to set it up, and treatments are provided after that consultation. Each plan starts with the client's goals rather than a fixed menu. Injectables, which include neuromodulators and fillers, begin with facial mapping and a treatment plan, and are followed by a visit to review results and fine-tune treatment. Peptide protocols also start with a consult and a review of goals, then continue with ongoing check-ins.

Membership comes in two monthly tiers. The RVRS Member plan is $199 a month and gives members 10% off medical spa and spa services, 10% off eligible skincare and retail products, and 10% off eligible IV drip add-ons, plus one standard IV drip each month at no charge. The ONYX Member plan is $250 a month and takes 15% off the same categories and eligible IV add-ons. Monthly credits on both plans carry over when they aren't used.

Clients can book online by choosing a service, a provider, and a time. A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments, though it is not charged at booking unless a deposit is required. Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance carry no fee. A $100 fee applies to late cancellations, late rescheduling, no-shows, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late when the appointment cannot be accommodated. The office is open Tuesday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and is closed Sunday and Monday.
