Color is the core of the practice. Lived-in custom color is the service clients request most often, and color sessions are priced all-inclusive, without add-ons. Newer clients book through a dedicated new client option, and a short in-person color consultation for $15 is credited toward a later color appointment. Custom hair extensions are the other main focus, offered as tape-ins, beaded wefts and halos, and hand-tied one-row, Ktip and hand-tied beaded row styles. Extensions begin with a consultation and a 50 percent deposit, and the remainder is due at the install.

Beyond color and extensions, the studio offers haircuts in three options starting at $80, styling, wash and style, updos, event styling for weddings and proms (clean dry hair, no blow-dry included), a Cezanne smoothing treatment, Olaplex treatments and a 15-minute conditioning add-on. Lip and eyebrow waxing are also available, though not to new clients unless added to another service.

A visit is meant to feel private and unhurried. Clients are greeted by a concierge, the room has natural light, comfortable seating and music, and complimentary refreshments are offered. Clients are asked to text when they arrive.

Every service is built around the individual client rather than a standard look, and extension installs combine techniques from several methods instead of relying on one.
