The Scalp Lounge is described by the salon as a place where relaxation and rejuvenation meet. Its signature option is the All-In Scalp Facial, a three to three and a half hour service at $330 that includes a scalp scope, exfoliation, massage and light therapy, and first-time guests are recommended to start with it. Other scalp options include a TrichoTest, a 75-minute scalp analysis that measures sebum, hydration and pH, along with Scope & Prep, Hair Bulb Analysis with a telehealth visit and 90-day plan, scalp exfoliation and hair growth packages, and a Dry Luxury Massage performed on clean hair.

Color services use Keune Hair Color, and the blonding menu runs from face-framing foils and babylights to balayage and hand painting. Color correction is offered by consultation only. Extensions use 100% human hair customized for each guest, in hand tied or machine tied wefts, and are booked by consultation with a deposit. Removable Halo extensions are also available to purchase.

Pricing depends on how much product is used, based on hair length and density, and many services start at a stated price. Cancellations or changes need at least 48 hours notice, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service. Refunds on services performed are not guaranteed, so any concern should be raised within 24 hours of the appointment. Guests who have not visited in over a year are asked to use the New Guests page.
