Capelli opened in 2010 and works as a multi-service space, with hair, nail and wedding services under one roof. Independent beauty professionals rent private suites in the same building and run their own businesses, so the building also hosts physical therapy, IV and vitamin therapy, waxing, fine line tattoos, lash services, and men's hair and beard services from other tenants.

Haircuts for women start at $45 and include a shampoo, a head massage and a blow-dry. Men's cuts start at $25 with a shampoo and head massage, and children's cuts start at $25. Parents can share how their child tends to react to haircuts so the stylist can help them feel at ease. A wash, blowout and style starts at $45 for those who only need styling.

The color menu runs from Root Refresh, which focuses on the roots to keep gray covered or base color fresh between visits, through Rich & Glossy Color, which covers the hair from root to end with added shine and no lightening. Little Brightening adds brightness at the hairline, part or as subtle dimension between larger appointments. Custom Color is built to create depth and dimension for blonde, brunette and in-between shades, and the salon describes it as its most popular color service. All-Over Blonding aims for a lighter, brighter overall result while keeping dimension and hair health in mind. Haircut time can be added to a color appointment if wanted, and an extra charge may apply for it.

Extension options include tape-ins, which are pre-taped wefts applied with medical-grade adhesive and usually one inch wide, keratin bonds, which are semi-permanent single strands attached through a bonded site, and hand-tied extensions, which blend wefts with natural hair. Tape-ins are generally maintained every four to six weeks, keratin bonds every three to six months, and hand-tied extensions every six to ten weeks. Pricing for extensions varies by service, and each stylist sets their own prices, so clients should talk through their goals and budget with their stylist to learn the final cost.

The nail menu includes dry manicures with cuticle care and shaping, gel manicures, structured manicures on a builder gel base, acrylic sets and fills using EMA acrylics, Gel X tip sets, dip manicures with or without tips, and soak-offs. Prices are starting costs, and the final price depends on the service, nail art, the condition of the nails and other factors. Gel X rebalances can be booked after two to four weeks of wear, and acrylic fills should be booked within two to three weeks, with fills after four weeks priced as a full set.

Wedding hair and makeup is offered on site, either at the client's location or in the salon. Wedding inquiries go by email with the client's name and wedding date. After an inquiry, the salon confirms date availability and sends wedding pricing along with the save-the-date process. A wedding deposit reserves the date and is applied to services received on the day.
