Danielle Grasl started her cosmetology career in 2017 with the goal of owning a salon one day. She joined Salon Bella in 2023 and bought Salon Bella Hair Salon in Washington Township in 2024. After the purchase the salon was updated and renamed The Beauty Company.

The menu grew after the change to include teeth whitening, facials and cryotherapy. Hair services cover perms, updos, highlights, vivid colors, balayage and men's hair. Hair and makeup are booked for special occasions, while haircuts and color cover everyday needs.

Facials use organic, plant-active products chosen for each client's skin type. A visit includes a double cleanse, a skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions when they are needed, a facial massage, a hydrating masque, an upper body and hand massage, corrective LED light therapy, and finishing serums and moisturizer. Many facial options and add-ons are available.

Teeth whitening uses the DaVinci system, which pairs LED cold laser technology with a whitening gel made from plant and mineral ingredients. The salon says this system gives superior results with little to no sensitivity compared with other whitening systems. Cryotherapy is a non-invasive cosmetic service that uses a temperature-controlled massage wand to apply cold and heat to the body or face, and it can be shaped to each client's body. A consultation is recommended first so the right treatment can be chosen.

Each stylist works independently and keeps their own booking site, and stylists can sometimes change the posted hours. Clients are asked to call or message their stylist to confirm a time. The salon says its staff is highly trained and keeps up with the latest techniques and treatments.

Treatments and products are matched to the individual, from facial products chosen for skin type to a consultation before cryotherapy.
