Facials are customized, and the esthetician chooses the modalities for each session. Facials are offered in lengths from 30 minutes to two hours. Options range from quick formats such as The Glow and the Mini-Facial to timed facials from 45 to 90 minutes, and The Retreat, which pairs a 50-minute back massage with a 70-minute facial. Hydrodermabrasion is performed with GlowNar technology as part of customized facials; the studio says it does not offer HydraFacial.

Corrective skincare is a large part of the menu. Acne facials and chemical peels are offered, along with several microneedling treatments, including a combined microneedling and chemical peel session and a deep cleaning facial with corrective microneedling. Microneedling enhancements are add-ons that can be booked with microneedling only. Chemical peel bookings require a preconsultation form, which is sent by email after booking.

Waxing covers upper body, lower body, facial and eyebrow services, as well as Brazilian waxing. A Brazilian removes everything from front to back, while a bikini removes the outside of the swimsuit area and a deep bikini removes more, though not everything. The studio notes that a Brazilian takes about 15 minutes. First-time waxing clients can book a discounted new client Brazilian for $50, and returning Brazilian clients who rebook within four to six weeks receive preferred pricing of $60. New clients can also book a 75-minute introductory facial at $140.

Booking is by appointment only and walk-ins are not accepted, though same-day appointments may be available. Appointments are booked online with a valid card on file and no deposit is charged. Changes or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged 50% of the service total, and late arrivals pay a $15 fee and have their service time shortened. Before a treatment, clients are asked to avoid tanning, waxing or harsh exfoliation for three to five days. Microneedling is not recommended after heavy sun exposure, sunburn or tanning in the past one to two weeks, or within one to two weeks of Botox, dermal fillers or other injectables. Gift cards are available as eGift cards from $5 to $50 or in a custom amount. The studio describes itself as five-star and community-favorite, and its booking site shows a 5.0 rating from 163 reviews.
