Options range from a mapping and waxing visit to a version that adds tint for definition and cleans up the brows. A nourishing brow lamination with waxing and complimentary aftercare is also offered, and tint can be added to it for an extra $10. Brow lamination and the Korean lash lift both use a treatment built on panthenol, biotin, peptides, hyaluronic acid multiplex and amino acids. The studio says these nourishing treatments help nourish hairs and support growth over time.

Full sets are customized to each client's natural eye shape and preferred look, from subtle to dramatic. Fill pricing depends on how many days have passed since the last visit: within 7 days, 8 to 15 days, or 16 to 24 days. The 2 and 3 week fills require at least half of the lashes to remain. Visits booked more than 24 days after the last appointment are treated as a full set. Clients who have extensions from another artist can book a foreign refill, where lashes are assessed and filled if suitable, or a removal and full set is recommended. Removal includes a lash bath. The Korean lash lift with tint lasts 6 to 8 weeks and includes complimentary aftercare. After hours appointments are available for an added $60 and are confirmed by message for date and time.

Booking requires a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations or reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice, and a deposit may be transferred once toward a rescheduled visit. Same-day cancellations and no-shows carry a fee of 50% of the scheduled total. Arrivals have a 15-minute grace period. Clients are asked to arrive with clean, makeup-free, bare lashes. Children and extra guests are not allowed in the studio. Services are final, though a complimentary removal is provided after an allergic reaction. Before brow waxing, clients are asked to avoid certain exfoliating and active skincare products for a week. Cash and card are accepted, with a $5 fee on card transactions.
