A visit usually starts with a 15-minute consultation, which is charged at $15 and is used to talk through the look you want and your eye shape before a service. For lash services, patch testing can be arranged before a full application. Clients are asked to come without eye makeup for lash removal when possible.

The lash menu includes a New Client Intro starting at $119.99 for a session of 90 minutes or more, plus Signature Classic ($180), Signature Hybrid ($210) and Signature Volume ($230) sets, each around 120 minutes. Fills run 60 minutes and are recommended within 14 days of the previous visit; they are priced at $90 for Classic, $105 for Hybrid and $115 for Volume. Fills need at least 40-50% of the extensions to remain, and if less than 40% is left, a 3-week fill or a full set may be required.

The Intro to Luxury Henna Brow is a 60-minute service that includes brow mapping, shaping and custom henna application. It starts at $45 at an introductory rate, and the studio lists its regular value as $75. Lash removal starts at $30 for 10 minutes or more and uses products meant to dissolve adhesive while protecting natural lashes. Removing extensions applied by another studio is priced separately, depending on the adhesive, application and condition of the set.

Booking policies: cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 30% fee, and no-shows are charged 50%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM, and is closed on Sundays. Each treatment is planned around the client's own features, the shape of their eyes, how they spend their days and what they prefer, with attention paid to the condition of their own lashes.
