The menu is organized into six groups: braids, twists, cornrows, weaves and sew-ins, crochet, and men's hair styles. Braid and twist styles range from simple braids without extensions to knotless and bohemian versions, with appointment times listed from about one hour for basic styles to about five hours for the largest knotless designs. Prices are listed as starting points and shift with the style, size and length you want. Cornrow pricing depends on how many cornrows you request, and you can call or text a photo to get a quote. Re-twists for dreadlocks are priced by size, length and how much growth there is.

Hair extensions are not included in most listed braid, twist and ponytail prices. The salon sells extensions on site, and you can ask about pricing by phone. The salon describes its extensions as the best available for purchase. It also sells its own braiding hair in store and recommends a 48-inch length for medium-size braids.

Before your appointment, your hair should be detangled and shampooed, and it should not have oil on it. Hair that arrives tangled may result in added charges. To cancel, call or message the salon; cancelling at least 48 hours ahead returns your deposit in full.
