Invisible Bead Extensions are the only extension method offered, and no SKW or NBR installs are done. The business describes IBE as comfortable, lightweight and undetectable, and calls it the newest and safest method for the scalp and hair. Installs use no glues or bond removers, and the beads are a proprietary aluminum and copper blend that does not touch the scalp. Extensions come in 18- and 22-inch lengths, installed in one, two or three rows, and are 100% human hair, European or Asian depending on texture and density. Hair color for extension clients runs $125 to $425 and is priced separately. Extension move-ups are $250 for one row, $400 for two rows and $525 for three rows, and color refreshes start at $100, roughly every other appointment. A $500 non-refundable retainer reserves an extension appointment and is credited at checkout. Canceled extension appointments are not refunded, and pricing may change without notice.

Color and styling services include balayage, highlights, lived-in color, color with glazing, base touch-ups with partial or full highlights, blowouts, haircut and blowout, and keratin blowout. These prices are starting points and can rise with length, density, amount of product, lowlights and toners. Toppers are offered as clip-in or sewn-in options and come with a professional cut and color match, for crown thinning, widening parts and overall fullness. Breathable beaded hair systems are also offered for thinning hair. The business suggests a sulfate-free shampoo plus a conditioner, deep treatment or detangler for extensions, and advises against sunscreens containing avobenzone, which can discolor blonde extensions. Most brunette clients keep their original wefts for about 12 to 18 months with proper care, and most blonde clients replace theirs around the 12-month mark.
