Appointments can be booked online. Opening days are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with hours that differ by day; the studio is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Many services list a starting price and an approximate time, and a free 30-minute consultation is offered. Final prices can shift with hair texture and density. Children under 12 can have haircuts, but children aged 12 are not permitted to accompany clients into the salon.

The salon accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and cash. Clients who arrive late have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment may be forfeited. Appointments not confirmed within 24 hours of the service time are cancelled. Rescheduling requires a 50% non-refundable deposit, and a no-show cannot rebook and is charged the full service amount. Services are non-refundable because of the time, labor and products involved, so concerns about a service need to be raised within 48 hours to discuss adjustments or corrections.
