The menu is grouped into body, facial, nail and package options. Body services include a virtual wellness consultation, a sea salt body scrub, a post-op sculpting session and a one-hour full body massage. Nail options cover manicures, pedicures and foot bathes, with several herbal, milk and honey, and rose-based foot bath choices. A Self-Care Package combines a massage with a manicure and pedicure for one person over about three hours.
Staff arrive about ten minutes before a service to set up. Treatments are performed by licensed estheticians who have been background checked, and therapists are personally screened and stated to be certified and insured. Disposable products are used under sanitation guidelines, and clients decide for themselves whether to disrobe. Gratuity is left to the client's discretion.
Booking involves deposits. A $50 credit card deposit reserves a date and becomes non-refundable after a set point, and bookings of more than three services on one spa day need a 50% deposit to hold the date and time. Cancellations need confirmed written notice 24 hours ahead, and rescheduling is allowed within three days of the original booking. Same-day booking deposits are non-refundable and charged in full.
Treatments come to the client's chosen location, using disposable products and sanitation guidelines.
