Care starts with an initial consultation. For facial work, that visit covers a skin analysis, photos and a conversation about goals, and a Visia scan maps pigment and texture so settings can be adjusted to the individual. The team then builds a customized plan with follow-up checkpoints at two weeks, three months and six months. Hair plans begin with a consultation and digital imaging, followed by quarterly check-ins for touch-ups.
