Extensions make up a large part of the menu. Refresh, renew and rehab visits are maintenance appointments between re-installs and do not include a reinstall. Re-installs cover extension removal, bead adjustment, reinstallation, blending and a finished style, and the studio recommends them every six to eight weeks. New extension hair is not included in re-installation services, and sessions range from one-row and two-row IBE installs to three-row and rows-plus-minis appointments.

On the hair side, services run from a children's haircut and style and a signature cut to all-over color, gray coverage, dimensional lowlights and full blonding sessions. The portfolio shows examples of full blonding sessions, two-row IBE installs and highlight root touch-ups.

Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice. Changes made within 24 hours carry a 25% cancellation fee, and no-shows are charged the full scheduled service.

Plans start with a conversation about goals, hair history and upkeep, and extension clients follow a re-installation schedule of every six to eight weeks.
