The facial menu ranges from a 30-minute back facial to a 75-minute session that combines the back facial with a 45-minute face, arm and hand treatment. Each facial begins with a double cleansing and uses masks chosen for the skin's specific needs, with gentle extraction work where needed. The 45-minute option includes a face, arm and hand massage, while the back facial ends with a skin hydrating treatment rather than a massage on the back. A 15-minute microdermabrasion add-on uses a gentle exfoliating device to remove dead skin and can be added to any relaxing facial when suitable for the skin type.

Lash services include classic plus extensions for lighter, natural-looking volume and hybrid extensions that mix classic lashes with 3D-4D fans for a fuller look. Fills are offered for lashes that are at least half full and are recommended every two to three weeks. Lash color and extension removal are also available.

Appointments must be confirmed or they are canceled. A no-call, no-show is charged a fee equal to half the scheduled services charge. Groupon vouchers are valid for new clients only, though several can be used for family and friends. Refunds are not offered. Hours are Tuesday and Wednesday from 5 to 8 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 1 PM, with the studio closed Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
