Surgery is the core of the practice. Breast procedures include augmentation with silicone, saline or gummy bear implants, breast lifts, lift with augmentation, reduction, fat transfer to the breasts, and revision for patients who are unhappy with a previous breast enhancement. Body contouring covers tummy tucks, mini tummy tucks, tummy tuck revision, liposuction, the C.L.A.S.S. tummy tuck, Brazilian butt lift, fat transfer to the buttocks, mommy makeover, arm lift, thigh and body lift, lower body lift, and body contouring after massive weight loss. Male liposuction and male tummy tucks are also offered.

The on-site surgical center covers about 2,400 square feet. Several rooms open directly to the operating room, and a private lobby leads to the pre-op and post-op areas. Patients can stay overnight in private rooms with nursing supervision around the clock, and anesthesia is provided by board-certified MD anesthesiologists on staff. The practice says the center offers the same accommodations and safety as a hospital operating room.

The medical spa offers nonsurgical cosmetic treatments, including BOTOX Cosmetic for wrinkles caused by repeated muscle movement, dermal fillers, SKINVIVE, VelaShape III for cellulite, medical-grade skin care, and LATISSE for eyelashes. Most spa appointments take a few minutes and involve little to no downtime, and the aestheticians are professionally trained. The practice also offers a medical weight loss program, peptide therapies and wellness drips, which are offered at Nouveau House of Wellness.

A consultation is required because of high demand. The consultation fee is applied to the overall cost of surgery if a procedure is scheduled. Financing is available through CareCredit, a credit card for healthcare services with low monthly payments, and PatientFi, which offers monthly payment plans for cosmetic procedures.
