Skin treatments can be booked online, while cosmetic injectables are booked by text or phone. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice to avoid fees. Payment is accepted by cash, credit card or Cherry payment plans, but not by check or mobile app transfer. Treatment payments, prepaid packages, gift cards and deposits are non-refundable.
