Extensions come in four styles. Classic places one extension on each natural lash, volume places two to six lightweight extensions on each lash, and hybrid combines the two. A set usually takes 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the fullness wanted. Extensions are made from synthetic, silk or mink material, and vegan and cruelty-free options are available. Every client receives a free home care kit.
Refills depend on how many lashes remain. A one-week refill, ideally within days 1 to 7, needs at least 80 percent of lashes intact. A two-week refill, ideally days 8 to 14, needs 70 percent, a three-week refill, ideally days 15 to 21, needs 50 percent, and a four-week refill, ideally days 22 to 28, needs 30 percent. After 28 days a new set is required. A refill arriving with fewer lashes than its tier is treated as the next longer refill, and under 30 percent remaining calls for a new set. Clients who book their next refill right after a service get 10 percent off.
Lash lifts are $109, and lash lift with tint is $129. The lift and tint+ low option is $139. Brow lamination is $109, with tinting or waxing at $129. Add-ons include wispy additions and lash color at $19 each, removal at $39 and bottom lash extensions at $59. For the first 24 hours after application, clients should avoid water, steam and oil-based products.
New clients transferring from another salon receive 10 percent off if their extensions were done within the past two to three weeks and at least half the lashes remain; otherwise a new set is needed. Appointments can be cancelled free of charge with 24 hours notice, otherwise a $40 fine may apply.
